Description
Weekend-only Dietary Cook role in Food and Nutrition Services at a healthcare facility. The position prepares meals according to menus, therapeutic and special diets, standardized recipes, and portion control procedures; processes diet changes from Nursing Services; helps with food service production, serving, cleaning, inventory, and maintaining safe, sanitary food storage and service areas. The role reports to the Dietitian/Director of Food Services, requires a high school diploma, and preferably has one year of dietary/food service supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
