Description
The Dietary Supervisor assists the Chef in supervising and managing food-service operations in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include orienting and training dietary staff, maintaining food-safety and sanitation standards, conducting meal rounds, supporting menu planning, managing inventories and stock rotation, assisting with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, and coordinating with dietitians and other facility disciplines. The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to fill in for other positions; management and culinary experience are beneficial. Pay is $16.00–$25.00 per hour, with flexible schedules and medical and dental insurance benefits.
