South Port Square is hiring a full-time Dietary Supervisor to oversee food preparation, menu and recipe development, dietary staff scheduling and training, meal service quality, hall-tray accuracy, equipment maintenance, and cost control for its Health Center dining program. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience in food service operations in a health care setting, food safety and sanitation certification, and weekend availability.
