Checotah Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Dietary Supervisor to oversee dietary staff and food service operations. The role includes planning menus within budget and stock, adapting meals for special diets and medical needs, enforcing food safety standards, maintaining kitchen and dining areas, keeping food-storage and temperature logs, hiring and training staff, and creating work schedules. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong geriatric nutrition knowledge, and previous supervisory experience in long-term care or food service; CDM or CFPP is preferred, and a background and drug screen is required.
