Moorings Park is hiring a Dietetic Technician to support a Registered Dietitian in providing nutritional care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role includes nutrition screenings and assessments, monitoring food and fluid intake and weight changes, documenting care in the electronic medical record, maintaining diet rosters, conducting meal rounds, providing nutrition education, communicating with interdisciplinary team members, and supporting care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. The position requires an associate degree in a dietetic technology or nutrition-related field, a Registered Dietetic Technician credential, food handler certification, and current CPR certification; one year of relevant healthcare or clinical nutrition experience is preferred.
