Compass Group is hiring an Inpatient/Outpatient Dietitian to support Ascension Elmbrook and Ascension St. Joseph Hospital in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role provides medical nutrition therapy, nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, patient and community education, evidence-based practice, quality and performance improvement, and collaboration with food service and clinical teams. Candidates should be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible, licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the state of practice, and able to obtain certification within six months of hire; healthcare experience is preferred but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
