Description
The Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, patient assessment, referrals, documentation, and follow-up for patients and families in a clinic setting. The role also supports nutrition education, interdepartmental care coordination, quality improvement, and staff training. It is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid schedule after training, with three days from home and two days on-site, plus one Saturday per month. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a nutrition-related field, current Illinois licensure as a Licensed Dietitian, and current RD or RDN certification; one year of clinical or community nutrition experience is desired. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and applicants must live in Illinois or Wisconsin.
