Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to ambulatory and hospitalized patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, education, counseling, monitoring, guideline development, curriculum and education material creation, intern precepting, staff mentoring, provider consultation, program development, best-practice research, and outcome measurement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in clinical dietetics, nutrition, or a related field, ACEND-accredited internship or approved training, RDN credentialing, Minnesota dietitian licensure, and clinical nutrition experience; advanced degrees and specialty certifications are preferred. The position pays $61,755.20 to $92,664.00 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and retirement benefits.
