Description
The Registered Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting, assessing and monitoring patients, developing individualized nutrition care plans, coordinating diet orders and enteral or parenteral nutrition, documenting care in the EMR, counseling patients and families, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring staff and dietetic interns. The role is part-time on a days shift with 40 hours biweekly, flexible scheduling, and remote weekend coverage every 1–2 months. It requires an ACEND-approved bachelor's degree in food and nutrition or a related field, supervised or on-the-job experience, and registration or licensure within the specified timeframes.
