Micron Technology is hiring an Equipment Engineering Manager for its Process and Equipment Engineering team to build and lead an engineering team in a TD + HVM environment at a new United States memory fab. The role focuses on manufacturing performance optimization, equipment and yield improvement, new-tool installation, tool modifications, team development, succession planning, safety, cross-functional collaboration, and global manufacturing coordination. Candidates need at least five years of semiconductor equipment leadership and team-management experience, a science-related bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
