Description
Micron Technology is hiring a High-Volume Manufacturing Diffusion Equipment Shift Lead to lead and develop a team of shift engineers and technicians in a diffusion process area supporting high-volume manufacturing. The role manages performance, quality, equipment issues, statistical process control, data analysis, continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration, while rotating 3–4 days off per week. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent semiconductor industry experience is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and statistical process control skills; familiarity with diffusion processes, Micron systems, TPM metrics, and AI workflows is preferred.
