onsemi is hiring a Senior Diffusion Engineer to develop and support the manufacturing of 300mm silicon wafers for automotive and consumer applications. The role owns furnace processes and ASM/TEL/Bruce equipment health, improves yield, cost, and throughput through process and equipment improvements, resolves technical production issues, supports lot disposition, and contributes to sustaining and cost-reduction initiatives. The position requires a BS in engineering or a technical field, at least seven years of semiconductor-processing experience, furnace-process knowledge, data-analysis skills, and English fluency.
