Description

AutoHDR is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design, train, and improve diffusion-based image editing systems; build and optimize generative-model training and inference pipelines; improve model quality, realism, consistency, controllability, and style fidelity; and ship production systems for user-facing real estate image-editing tools. The role is based in Downtown Austin, Texas, with an exception for exceptional engineers working remotely in San Francisco, and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $280,000 plus equity and bonuses.

Required Previous Experiences: Deep experience with diffusion models, generative modeling, or advanced computer vision systems
Zero-to-one model or system building
Ownership of a core generative model or image system in production
Experience improving model quality, including consistency, realism, control, and artifact reduction
Experience training, fine-tuning, or adapting large models
Ability to ship models into real-world systems with real users
Real shipped products with real users
Preferred Qualifications: Founder, CTO, founding engineer, or ownership of a core ML or generative system
Exceptional open-source, research, or competitive ability reflecting real technical horsepower
