Hilltop Holdings is hiring a Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern to support digital marketing optimization through data analysis, quality assurance, content governance, website taxonomy management, customer journey mapping, campaign tracking, reporting, analytics validation, documentation, and process maintenance. The intern will also research and test approved AI tools to identify automation and operational-efficiency opportunities and provide recommendations for data-driven continuous improvement.
