Michael Baker is hiring a Digital and AI Advisory Practice Leader to build and scale its digital and AI advisory practice, develop an executable business growth plan, lead the advisory team, and serve as a senior subject matter expert on digital strategy, applied AI, infrastructure, transportation, mobility, data, and technology investments. The role advises clients and senior leaders through the full project lifecycle, supports business development and market positioning, develops scalable offerings, and mentors advisory staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, senior leadership experience, and expertise in digital transformation, AI, infrastructure, and related technology areas. Compensation is approximately $275,000 to $325,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
