Description
The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator supports WildBrain’s Content Operations team by maintaining metadata, content records, and access permissions across DAM and platform-based CMS systems such as YouTube CMS. The role coordinates metadata updates, channel and partner onboarding, system updates, quality checks, and stakeholder requests, while assisting with physical-library research and workflow testing. It requires experience in content or digital publishing operations, strong organization and data-management skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems. The position offers CAD 45,000–52,000 base salary, paid time off, retirement matching, health and dental coverage, and a hybrid work model.
