Description
Flow Traders is hiring an Experienced Digital Assets Trader to join its global Digital Assets Trading team and work from Hong Kong. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing profitable trading strategies across centralized and decentralized markets, monitoring and managing risk, identifying market inefficiencies, and collaborating with traders, quants, and engineers. Candidates need at least three years of professional trading experience, proven live-production PnL generation, low-latency CeFi and/or on-chain DeFi experience, strong quantitative and programming skills, and comfort with flexible hours.
