Description
The Digital Banking Consultant guides customers through mobile, app, and online banking, resolves technical and functional questions, advises on digital solutions and additional banking services, and handles urgent fraud-related reports during evening shifts. The role includes a 5-week training program, ongoing development, and a variable shift schedule between 08:00 and 22:00. It is a permanent contract through Randstad Professional, based in Brussels with two days of working from home per week.
