Circle Logistics is hiring a Digital Booking Coordinator to monitor and manage freight booked through automated and AI-driven workflows. The role verifies carriers and shipment details, tracks pickups and deliveries, resolves transportation issues, maintains shipment documentation, supports AI workflow testing and improvement, and coordinates updates among carriers, customers, account managers, and internal teams. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required; logistics, transportation, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not required. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, health, vision, and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off after 90 days, and on-site training.
