AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Digital Change Lead to support the implementation of new digital solutions for a major infrastructure program. The role leads people, process, and behavioural change; develops change-management plans, communications, documentation, engagement strategies, success metrics, and lessons learned; and collaborates with project teams to support adoption. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in similar roles, including stakeholder engagement with senior executives and workshop leadership. Canadian employment authorization sponsorship is not available.
