The Digital Content Engineer transforms instructional concepts into scalable digital learning experiences by creating graphics, illustrations, animation, audio, video, presentations, assessments, and interactive elements. The role translates storyboards and design specifications into polished products, applies visual design and learner-centred principles, develops reusable templates and asset libraries, troubleshoots content across platforms and LMS environments, and uses AI-supported multimedia production tools. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency with Adobe design software and multimedia tools, e-learning and LMS experience, and a portfolio.
