The Agile Delivery Leader oversees project managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters, managing delivery operations, talent, capacity, risks, standards, and continuous improvement across business-critical initiatives. The role partners with portfolio management, product leadership, business stakeholders, and Lean Agile Center of Excellence to align delivery capabilities with strategic priorities and advance agile maturity. It requires a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, at least 10 years of diversified IT experience, and at least 3 years of leadership experience; locations include Findlay, Ohio, and Houston and San Antonio, Texas.
