Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Digital Design Engineer to support AI accelerator development in its R&D team. The role covers compute datapath and microarchitecture design, hardware/software co-design, RTL implementation and verification, and physical implementation support. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, 3–4 years of RTL and microarchitecture experience, strong SystemVerilog/Verilog expertise, and familiarity with EDA tools; AI accelerator, Python, quantization, and ML framework experience are preferred.
