ST is hiring a Digital FE Design Engineer to accelerate the definition and implementation of integrated circuits for personal-electronics power-management solutions. The role focuses on system-level implementation, developing blocks and subsystems, supporting transistor-level implementation, and participating in simulation, verification, evaluation, and characterization. The engineer will collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams from product specification through industrialization. A master’s degree in electronic engineering and 1–5 years of digital electronics design experience are required, along with knowledge of digital architecture and a team-oriented, proactive approach. The expected gross annual salary is €37,500–€46,000 RAL plus variable pay.
