Description
Renesas is hiring a Digital DFT Engineer for its Power Management IC Team in the Automotive Business Unit. The role focuses on digital design and design-for-test activities, including scan insertion, ATPG, LogicBIST, gate-level simulation, test-pattern delivery and validation, ATE debugging, RTL and synthesis work, and cross-functional collaboration with architecture, design, physical design, test, and silicon validation teams. The position requires substantial digital design and DFT experience, a BSEE, and on-site work three days per week.
