This role involves driving digital-first design, automation, and standardized operating models to shape and scale People Experience. The specialist will focus on improving employee and manager experience during various lifecycle moments, designing intuitive digital solutions, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and high-quality PX.
