FORVIA/Faurecia is hiring a Digital FES&P Engineer in Silao, Guanajuato to lead plant digital transformation projects that improve operational performance. The role focuses on driving a digital roadmap, coordinating resources and training, monitoring performance indicators, implementing digital tools and systems such as DMC, NEO, PREACTOR, MLEAN, ANDON, and Palantir, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and customer standards. The position requires an engineering bachelor's degree, 1 to 3 years of industry experience, advanced English, PLC/control knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing familiarity.
