Harman is hiring a Finance Program Manager in Novi, Michigan, to lead end-to-end finance integrations, carve-outs, system harmonization, ERP migration, and M&A-related transformation programs. The role partners with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, vendors, and system integrators; manages governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders; and oversees financial data migration and vendor performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of program management experience, SAP ERP expertise, and familiarity with OneStream or similar EPM platforms. The position offers a salary of $108,750 to $159,500, requires onsite work at a HARMAN US office, and includes medical, dental, vision, wellness, training, and other benefits.
