Securitas is hiring a Digital Growth Marketer to join its Marketing & Communications team and support commercial growth and lead generation across Belgium and Luxembourg. The role owns paid campaigns, analytics, ad copy, landing pages, UX and CRO, content, events, email automation, CRM segmentation, social media, and digital project management. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, and expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM systems. The position reports to the Marketing Manager and includes a company car, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and group insurance.
