Taylor Corporation is hiring a Digital Image Operator for its New Jersey facility. The role operates printing equipment, sets up and adjusts presses, monitors product quality and equipment, starts jobs according to production schedules, performs routine maintenance, and completes related logs. The position works the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday through Friday and requires mechanical and technical aptitude, basic math, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work orders. Two or more years of printing experience and a high school education or equivalent are preferred. The anticipated hourly compensation is $24.00 to $25.00, with a $1,000 new-hire incentive and health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
