Description
The Digital Implementation Consultant supports customers in implementing and configuring ADP’s BVRH, DIGIPOSTE, GED, and BDESE document-management and HR-documentation solutions. The role advises customers, creates implementation blueprints, analyzes technical specifications, configures and tests software parameters, coordinates historical pay-slip data, manages functional leadership, and ensures customer satisfaction and service standards. It requires a graduate degree or related experience, C1 French, strong customer and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
