Description
Buckman is hiring a Digital Innovation Engineer in Memphis, Tennessee to support regional and global digital projects that improve customer experience and digital solution adoption. The role serves as a technical leader for software or hardware, works through product development and commercial deployment, collaborates with R&D, marketing, sales, and external partners, and may focus on sensor development, automation and controls, backend or frontend development, IoT, data engineering, data analytics, or mobile development. The posting also includes a Digital Insights Lab Associate track for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving Ackumen platform issues. Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering or technical field plus three years of experience, or an equivalent master’s-level qualification plus one year of experience, along with knowledge of at least one digital focus area and strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
