Description
The Digital Manager will report to the Director of Architecture, Engineering, and Assurance and lead a blended technology team across development and testing for projects, change, and 3rd line support within Waystone’s global architecture/engineering/assurance pillar. The role focuses on building a scalable local operating model in Mumbai, strengthening leadership layers, supporting recruitment and onboarding, driving continuous improvement, and aligning local execution with global standards, governance, tooling, and delivery priorities across distributed teams in the UK and elsewhere.
