Description
The Digital Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous Improvement will lead the local deployment and adoption of Riobot, an AI-powered troubleshooting and knowledge management solution, at Royal Canin’s manufacturing site in Lewisburg, Ohio. Reporting to the Industrial Engineering/Supply Excellence Manager, the role coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Education and Training, and regional and global teams; manages deployment milestones and performance indicators; supports pilot testing; delivers training and hands-on support; develops and validates site-specific knowledge content; and translates user feedback into improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, manufacturing and troubleshooting knowledge, digitalization or project management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analysis, or visualization tools.
