Atlean World is hiring a Digital Marketing Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal, to provide B2B support to advertisers by managing product troubleshooting and customer inquiries through email and chat. The role collaborates with Product Operations and Engineering teams, improves customer satisfaction and resolution times, and educates advertisers on advertising products. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, have digital marketing and paid campaign management experience, a degree in marketing or a related field, and experience in a contact centre or advertising technology service program. The position offers a six-month renewable contract, relocation assistance, accommodation, meal vouchers, two extra salaries, private health insurance, and a monthly bonus.
