easyJet is hiring a full-time Digital Merchandising Manager in Luton for a hybrid role requiring 60% office time. The manager will own the end-to-end digital merchandising strategy across easyJet’s websites and app, leading commercially driven content for flights, ancillaries, and holiday products across UK and EU markets. The role involves A/B and multivariate testing, customer and sales analytics, booking funnel analysis, and collaboration with commercial, product, UX, and development teams to improve conversion, engagement, and booking performance. Candidates should have digital merchandising, eCommerce, or online trading experience, knowledge of analytics and testing tools, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience with content management systems.
