Innoflight is hiring a Digital Modem Design Engineer to lead end-to-end development of satellite and tactical communication systems, including digital modulator and waveform design, FPGA/SoC/ADC/DAC implementation, hardware testing, simulation, documentation, and performance optimization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency in Matlab/Simulink and hardware-description languages, RF and embedded-systems knowledge, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The position offers a starting base salary of $116,000 to $140,000 per year, along with bonuses, retirement matching, health and vision benefits, paid time off, and a 9/80 work schedule.
