Worley is hiring a Digital Operations Technician to provide frontline, in-person IT support for end users, workplace technology, device lifecycle, and smart hands activities in London, Aberdeen, or Glasgow. The role troubleshoots Windows endpoints, peripherals, mobile devices, access and application issues; supports onboarding, workstation setup, conference rooms, and office moves; coordinates with regional and global IT teams; and manages hardware lifecycle and site readiness. It requires desk-side or end-user support experience, troubleshooting skills, ITSM familiarity, independent work, and experience in engineering, industrial, operational, or multi-site environments.
