Summit Orthopedics is hiring a full-time Digital Patient Experience Project Manager based at its Corporate Office in Woodbury, Minnesota. The role leads enterprise-wide digital patient experience projects from discovery through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and continuous optimization; manages the full patient journey; develops project plans and roadmaps; coordinates cross-functional and vendor activities; oversees user acceptance testing, training, change management, and go-live support; and monitors digital adoption, conversion, satisfaction, and operational performance. The position requires collaboration with Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Quality, and external partners, and supports accessibility, quality, privacy, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. The hiring range is $90,256 to $112,820 per year, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
