Description
Scalian is hiring a full-time Digital Payload Systems Engineer for a space-sector satellite constellation project. The role covers spacecraft design, assembly, integration, launch and orbital operations, payload architecture, capacity analysis, requirements definition, design reviews, and spacecraft software maintenance. The engineer will work on high-capacity LEO and MEO communication constellations, including digital processors, phased-array antennas, optical intra-satellite links, and feeder subsystems. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of satellite systems engineering experience, and strong knowledge of digital communications, RF systems, GN&C, constellation architecture, and space systems.
