PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Digital Payments Strategy & Operations Manager to lead strategic modernization, system implementations, conversions, integrations, operational readiness, and process optimization across domestic and international payment channels. The role partners with technology, treasury, risk, compliance, audit, finance, and other business units; supports regulatory and operational risk; oversees vendor performance and business continuity; and provides leadership and project oversight for cross-functional payment initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience, and 10+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury management, banking operations, or related financial services functions.
