Description
RRD is hiring a third-shift press operator to set up, adjust, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot offset printing presses. The role includes make-ready tasks, plate and cylinder installation, color and register adjustments, press cleaning and lubrication, minor repairs, and periodic manufacturer-recommended maintenance. The position requires knowledge of offset printing procedures, equipment, materials, safety requirements, job specifications, and precise press settings, including micrometer plate alignment. The rotating schedule is three days on one week and four days the next, with Saturday and Sunday work every other week, and the starting pay range is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour with a $3.00 third-shift premium.
