Freedom is hiring a full-time Digital Press Operator for the second shift at its Milton, Wisconsin production facility. The role operates and sets up digital presses, monitors printed-material quality, troubleshoots production issues, mentors trainee operators, and supervises assigned employees. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of digital press experience, problem-solving ability, and basic Windows computer proficiency.
