The role involves curating and packaging stories, publishing across websites, apps, newsletters, video, and social media, editing video clips, managing campaigns, monitoring analytics, writing headlines, and contributing to digital projects. Candidates should have news-writing experience, familiarity with AP Style, knowledge of web and social media analytics and content management systems, video-editing experience, basic HTML knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, collaborative newsroom. The role includes one weekend day and may require additional shifts or hours as news warrants, with a stated salary range of $56,000 to $64,000 for hires in New York.
