DFI Retail Group is hiring a Digital Product Design Senior Manager to own the user experience for priority yuu product areas, including payments, Pay with Points, rewards redemption, and core app journeys. The role leads end-to-end UX design, visual craft, design systems, usability validation, accessibility, quality, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Retail teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of senior UI/UX or product design experience, including at least 2 years owning complex consumer-facing digital products, strong Figma and design-system skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The position is based at the Quarry Bay Site, FWD Tower, Hong Kong.
