Description
The Digital Product Developer will design, develop, and maintain digital products, enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, and intelligent automations that improve the People experience. The role partners with Product Managers and other innovation leaders to build lightweight applications, AI agents, integrations, and user experiences; support the full product lifecycle; prototype emerging technologies; and drive continuous improvement through experimentation. Required capabilities include modern programming, API and cloud integration, web application development, DevOps, and knowledge of major cloud platforms.
