Friends From The City is hiring a fully remote Digital Product Lead as a 1099 independent contractor for a nine-month engagement at $110 per hour and approximately 36 hours per week. The role leads strategy, design, and delivery of modern public health digital services, translating complex program, policy, operational, and user needs into product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery. It coordinates multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across design, research, engineering, security, privacy, data, and operations while ensuring accessibility, privacy, security, governance, analytics-informed decisions, and long-term platform sustainability. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant digital product or service-delivery experience, preferably in Health IT, public health, healthcare technology, government, or other regulated environments, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
