Description

Stolt Sea Farm is hiring a Digital Project Manager in Santiago de Compostela to lead technology and digital transformation projects, bridge business and technical teams, manage requirements, vendors, budgets, testing, rollouts, and change management, and report project progress. The role requires a relevant university degree, 2–5 years of IT project management and functional analysis experience, business-solution implementation experience, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and B2–C1 English. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the possibility of working from home one day per week.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Management specializing in Information Systems, or a similar field.
Required Previous Experiences: 2–5 years of experience in IT project management and functional analysis.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
Experience implementing corporate applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, MES, or other business solutions.
Experience gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, and managing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in industrial, food, aquaculture, or manufacturing environments.
International project experience and PMP certification.
Effective cross-functional and organizational-level communication.
