Description
The CRM Project Manager will lead CRM implementations and digital transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients, coordinating consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders while translating business challenges into structured project plans. The role requires experience leading CRM implementations from kick-off to go-live, knowledge of marketing automation, sales processes, and customer service operations, experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, strong cross-functional project management skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
