The Municipality of Smallingerland is hiring a temporary Digital Records Assistant for its Shelter team to migrate resident files from the InProcess system to the new Mandare reporting system. The role involves transferring memos, documents, and other resident information, organizing and linking data, checking files for accuracy and completeness, and reporting errors. It is based in Drachten with a hybrid arrangement, requires at least 24 hours per week, and pays €16 to €22.95 gross per hour.
